Let's do the nabe
Do you know nabe? I love it very much. I do it twice a week reacently.Nabe itself means Japanese cooking pot. I don't know exact definition.
And when we say nabe as a verb, putting variety of vegetables, meats, or anything into boiled water. Taste is usually soy source, but when we are tired of same taste, add korean kimchi and enjoy different tastes. It is like Japanese typical cooking in winter. We surround nabe with our friends, and family! It's kind of fun!! There must be teamworking. There are some rules about doing nabe. Suddenly leader appears and instruct members how to add the vegetable. I do not care such a ordering. But some people have particular preferences about nabe. It sometimes breaks the atomosphere. I think every Japaese people has nabe legends!
I will upload doing-nabe pictures tonight!
